Purchase terms Effective 12 September 2026 | Version 2026-09-12-v3 Who provides the programme The English Practice is provided by Alexis Philippou, trading as Aspire Tuition, 85 Grosvenor Avenue, Carshalton, SM5 3EN, United Kingdom. Contact aspire.scholars@outlook.com. Alex reviews each student's work and approves the individual feedback. What your child receives This is an English programme for Years 7–11 for independent study, with 60 minutes of learning and practice each week, usually in two 30-minute sessions, plus a separate 15-minute directed improvement task after feedback. Each paid study week includes a structured reading and writing pack, one personal feedback cycle and an improvement task. There is no scheduled live or one-to-one lesson. A parent or carer buys the programme and manages correspondence. Please discuss any difficulty accessing written lessons before buying. We aim to build stronger reading and writing and foundations for GCSE English Language and Literature. No particular grade or attainment gain is guaranteed. A progress summary follows six submitted weeks with approved, delivered feedback. A fuller report follows twelve. Continuing with shorter purchases counts towards the same milestones. Each year has a mapped supplementary curriculum. The initial task and subsequent feedback determine the most useful starting point and adjustments. The GCSE route is adapted to the confirmed qualification and set texts; it does not replace school teaching or promise complete course coverage through the weekly practice-and-feedback routine. Weekly resources are prepared and released as the programme runs. Years 12–13 are available by enquiry only, with suitability, content, availability and price agreed before payment. These online payment options are for Years 7–11. Prices and choosing to continue One week: £30 once. Four weeks: £120 once. Twelve weeks: £330 once. The twelve-week option is £27.50 per week and saves £30 compared with twelve separate £30 weeks. The same teaching and feedback are included in every option. These are one-off payments. There are no automatic renewals or further automatic charges. To continue, choose and pay for another block or week. A new family starts with an initial skills task and then follows the agreed year-group route. A continuing family receives the next week in its sequence; buying again does not restart the curriculum. The displayed total includes any applicable taxes and digital delivery. Printing, internet access and a suitable device are your own costs. We currently offer this programme to families in the United Kingdom. Payment and getting started Use the parent or carer's email address at Stripe checkout. Read these terms and the privacy notice, then select the agreement before paying. The agreement requests the first pack after payment while retaining the 14-day refund offer below. After payment is confirmed, Alex will email your welcome message, the first pack, a copy of the accepted terms and your exact dates within one working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England. If payment is still processing, this period starts when payment is confirmed. Check your spam folder and contact Alex if the email has not arrived. For the launch service, Alex checks payments and sends the materials. The website is not an instant automatic download service. Your order is for the advertised teaching weeks and feedback, rather than all 52 future packs at once. Select the student’s school year at checkout. For Years 10–11, reply to Alex with the exam board, qualification code if known, assessment year and set texts, including the poetry collection. If these are unknown, an initial skills task can start while Alex confirms the course. Exam-specific tasks are not supplied until the specification is verified. For International GCSE, Welsh qualifications or other qualifications outside the published routes, enquire before buying. If the format or course cannot be supported, Alex will offer a refund. Your weekly routine For a new family, Week 2 begins on the first Sunday at least seven days after confirmed payment. Later paid packs follow on Sundays. The first submission is due by Thursday at 6pm UK time before that Week 2 Sunday. Feedback is due by Friday at 8pm UK time. The welcome email gives the calendar dates. For a continuing family, the welcome confirmation gives the next release date in the existing sequence. After a gap, Alex agrees the restart date with you. We will not shorten a new student's first practice interval or charge automatically to keep a place. Email clear scans, photos or plain typed responses from the registered parent account. Use the student reference, week number and all relevant pages. Do not include unnecessary identifying information about the child or other people. Explain any help or agreed accessibility support used. The lesson's question box is for questions Alex can address through feedback. The final paid week includes its feedback and improvement task even if you do not buy again. The final week and a one-week purchase both include 60 minutes of learning and practice plus a separate 15-minute directed improvement task after feedback. For Year 11, the map is prioritised against the actual exam date. Its 16 post-GCSE transition weeks are optional and require agreement; they are not automatically substituted for exam preparation. If the exam target falls inside a paid block, agree a suitable schedule or request a refund of unreleased weeks under these terms. Missed work and pauses If work is late or unreadable, Alex will confirm a revised feedback date. Please send missed work within 28 days of the original deadline or agree another arrangement. There is no automatic late fee. Several overdue packs cannot necessarily all be marked in the same week. For a holiday or other pause, email before the next Sunday release. Alex will confirm revised dates in writing. Paid weeks are not forfeited merely because an agreed pause occurs. Unpaid future weeks are not released. Cancellation and refunds You can cancel a purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund, even if its first pack has been supplied. This applies to each new one-off purchase. You do not have to give a reason. We do not ask you to give up that offer in order to receive the first pack. After 14 days, you may cancel unreleased future weeks for a proportionate refund at the rate you paid: £30 per week for one-week and four-week purchases, or £27.50 per week for twelve-week purchases. Where earned credit reduced the price, the refund reflects the cash actually paid and any applicable credit balance. Already released weeks are normally non-refundable after the initial period, except where your statutory rights or an agreed remedy require otherwise. Email your parent name, purchase reference if available and request to cancel. We process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days after your cancellation request. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Problems with the service Email Alex about missing materials, a payment problem or a concern about feedback. Alex will acknowledge the concern within two working days and give a proposed remedy or next response date. If Aspire cannot supply a paid week as agreed, you can choose a revised date or a refund for that week. Statutory remedies are not replaced with compulsory credit. Using the materials and AI The packs are PDF files in English, readable with a standard PDF reader and suitable for printing. They are for the enrolled child's learning and the parent's support. Please do not publish, resell or circulate paid packs. Students should complete independent tasks without unagreed automatic spelling, rewriting or generative writing tools. Tell Alex about agreed support so he can interpret the work fairly. AI can help prepare teaching explanations and draft wording. Alex reads the child's work, selects the teaching priority and checks and approves the personal feedback. The privacy notice explains the limits on AI use with student information. Referral credit When a new referred household completes four paid study weeks, both households earn £10 towards a future programme purchase, provided the qualifying payments have not been refunded or disputed. Enter the referring family's code when joining or email it to Alex before the first pack is sent. One referrer may be recorded for each new household. Credit expires twelve months after it is awarded. Up to £10 may be used on each future payment. Self-referrals, duplicate households and cash alternatives are excluded. The twelve-week price is eligible, but referral credit cannot be combined with another promotional code. Ask Alex to apply earned credit before paying; an eligible payment link will be supplied. Credit is recorded and checked by Alex during the launch service.
